Working Process of an Activated Carbon Plant:

Carbonization: We subject the selected raw materials to high temperatures in an oxygen-controlled environment. This process drives off moisture and volatile substances, leaving behind a carbon-rich material.
Activation: The carbonized material undergoes activation, usually through physical or chemical methods. In physical activation, steam or carbon dioxide is used at elevated temperatures to enhance porosity. Chemical activation involves treating the raw material with acids or bases to increase surface area.
Cooling and Crushing: After activation, we cool and crush the carbon to achieve desired particle sizes for packaging.
